1. Regulatory Compliance & Product Usage
- Legal Responsibility: It is the exclusive responsibility of the Customer to ensure that the operation of any E-scooter or E-bike purchased from QiK-Fix adheres to all local, regional, and national legislation, specifically the UK Road Traffic Act.
- Product Representation: We strive for absolute accuracy in our digital catalog. However, technical specifications and aesthetics are subject to minor manufacturer revisions that do not materially impact the primary performance or safety of the product.
2. Transactional & Financial Terms
- Contractual Formation: A binding commercial contract is established only upon the physical dispatch of goods and the issuance of a formal Shipping Confirmation by the Company.
- Pricing Integrity: All prices are quoted in GBP (£) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. QiK-Fix reserves the right to void any transaction resulting from clear typographical or pricing errors.
- Secure Payment Protocols: All financial transactions are executed via industry-standard encrypted gateways, including Google Pay and authorised merchant providers, to ensure data integrity.
3. Fulfillment & Logistics
- Operational Lead Times: Orders are processed and prepared for transit within 24–48 business hours.
- Delivery Contingencies: While we prioritise timely delivery, QiK-Fix shall not be held liable for any consequential or incidental losses arising from third-party courier delays or logistics interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
4. Comprehensive Return & Refund Policy
QiK-Fix provides a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. To facilitate a professional resolution, all returns must adhere to the following protocols:
4.1 Statutory Cancellation Rights (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
Pursuant to the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you maintain the right to cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days of delivery. Following formal notification, the goods must be returned to our Coventry facility within 16 calendar days.
4.2 Voluntary Extended Returns (Up to 30 Days)
For returns initiated beyond the statutory window:
- Conditionality: Items must be returned in "as-new" condition—unused, unmounted, and housed in the original, pristine manufacturer packaging.
- Refund Issuance: A full refund of the item purchase price will be issued following a successful technical inspection.
- Logistical Costs: If the return is requested within 7 days of delivery, QiK-Fix will refund the standard outbound shipping fee. For requests made after 7 days, all logistical costs (both original and return) remain the sole responsibility of the Customer.
4.3 Defective & Non-Conforming Goods
- Initial Notification: Defective or faulty items must be reported within 14 calendar days of receipt to qualify for a full refund or direct exchange.
- Return Requirements: Goods must be returned complete with all original accessories, manuals, and protective internal packaging.
- Verified Defect Resolution: Upon verification of a manufacturing fault, QiK-Fix will issue a full refund or replacement, including reimbursement for standard return postage.
- Extended Faults: For faults identified after the initial 30-day period, QiK-Fix reserves the right to fulfill its obligations via repair or replacement in lieu of a monetary refund.
5. Standardised Return Authorisation Procedure
No returns will be accepted or processed without a valid Return Authorisation Number (#RA Number).

6. Warranty Exclusions & Limitation of Liability
- Scope of Coverage: Our warranty is strictly limited to manufacturing defects. It does not encompass consumable components (tires, brake pads), damage from unauthorised firmware modifications (“speed hacks”), water ingress, or accidental impact.
- Liability Limitation: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, QiK-Fix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or punitive damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products.
7. Jurisdiction & Legal Governing
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. All parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts for the resolution of any disputes.
